++ How do I get a complete system? The smartest and most economical way to get a complete system is to place 2 separate orders. You will need to order an Ultra-3 Tripod here. In addition to your tripod we HIGHLY suggest getting our elevation tool. This elevation tool will save you time, by aiding in the fine tuning of your dishes elevation, without this tool fine tuning your dish's elevation is near impossible. After you order your tripod and accessories here we suggest placing an order for your HughesNet Satellite Internet System at Elite Satellite. You can choose any system and any plan there. They ofeer ther best customer service and can assist you with any issue or question you might have about satellite internet or a tripod. After you place both orders average install and delivery time is 7 days. Next you'll receive a call from your local installer. He will then setup an install date with you. We suggest setting this date at least 8 days from the date you placed your tripod order, this will give you adequate time to receive your tripod and set it up. HughesNet does not currently sanction the installation of tripods. What this means to you; on you original install, your installer can decline to install on a tripod. We haven't seen this happen yet, but it could. What all of our customers have done to avoid this situation is make sure the tripod is there and 100% setup and level. This saves the installer time by not needing to mount the trimast mount (that the dish comes with) to a structure. For customers that run into an installation issue or would like to have a 2nd mount, remember you can always have the installer mount the "Trimast" to your house (so you have a mount on your house) and then move it to the tripod later. Common Question: Q:  How do I point this dish?. A:  After you order your system you can download PDF instruction. In short you will use a laptop. Your laptop will run software stored in the modem to give you pointing coordinates and signal strength. Q:  Will our tripod work with a HughesNet .98 system. A:   Yes, but due to the size and weight of the dish it is much harder to setup and point. We do not recommend the .98 dish for those that move the dish more then 5 times per year. Q:   Do I need the OPI? A:   The OPI is no longer available and dose not work with the HN7000s. We suggest using a laptop at the dish for pointing Q:   Do I need an Elevation tool with a .98 system? A:   No, the .98 dishes have a Fine tune elevation tool built in to the dish. Q:   How long will it take to setup a Tripod & System? A:   The 1st time you point it yourself, it can take 45-90mins, by the 3rd or 4th time you point the system it should only take you 20-30mins Q:   How much will a complete system cost me?
